If you need to cancel a workshop:
If you are unable to attend your booked workshop and it’s more than 7 days in advance of the start date, then we can offer a transfer to the same course on an alternative date, providing there are places available or a course is planned for the future. If cancellation is within 7 days of your workshop I’m afraid I am unable to offer a refund. I do appreciate that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend so I am happy for you to send along a friend to take your place. I will need their name and contact details prior to the workshop.
Our right to cancel a workshop:
Should I need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, I will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. I will give you a full refund or if you prefer a transfer to an alternative available course, space permitting.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
How much is postage?
We offer Free shipping on all UK orders.
For all International orders under £30.00 the postage is £4.00, and orders over £30.00, the postage is £20.00.
How long does shipping usually take?
Your items will usually be dispatched within 2-3 days. It then depends on where you live! All items are dispatched using Royal Mail first class post, so it should be with you within 4-5 days of making your purchase if you live within the UK. If you'd like your order quicker than this, please add a note to your order at the checkout, and we will try our best to rush it through for you!
International orders will take a little longer to be delivered, and will usually be there within 2 weeks.
If your order hasn't turned up, then please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work together to resolve the issue, whether that means resending the order or issuing you a refund.
Can you gift wrap my parcel?
Yes! In the 'Notes' section at the checkout, please add that you would like free gift wrapping, along with what you'd like written on your gift tag. All our items are wrapped in tissue paper, and then wrapped in brown Kraft paper with a silver ribbon. Our gift tags are screen printed on ivory card, and we can write anything you wish!
What about returns?
If you are unhappy with your order, I will do my best to make it right with you. If you post back undamaged and unused items within 14 days, I will issue you a full refund. Please use the original packaging, unless it has been damaged in transit.
What do I do if I receive a damaged parcel, or faulty goods?
Everything we make is to a very high standard and we will not send anything out that we are not happy with, but in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, or that the package has been damaged on its way to you, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can use Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also use your PayPal account if you have one. Please be ensured your confidential information is encrypted and protected by Level 1 compliance of The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
Do you accept Wholesale orders?
Yes! Please contact us through our contact form or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you over a wholesale catalogue.
Are you going to have any new products?
Yes! New items are added every few months, and there are occasionally limited-print flash sales announced through social media and by email. For the latest news and sneak peeks, please sign up for emails (see form in footer) or follow through the social media links at the bottom of this page.
