You may experience a slight delay in recieving your order through the postal system due to staff shortages and high volumes of packages resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak. How much is postage?
I offer free shipping on all UK orders over £50.
For all International orders, please order through my Etsy shop. Accurate customs duties will be collected at the checkout on behalf of Etsy UK.
How long does shipping usually take?
Your items will usually be dispatched within 2-3 days. It then depends on where you live! All items are dispatched using Royal Mail postal service, so it should be with you within 5-7 days of making your purchase if you live within the UK. Lampshades may take slightly longer, as they are made to order, and will be set with a courier.
If you'd like your order expediated, please add a note to your order at the checkout, and I will try our best to rush it through for you!
If your order hasn't turned up, then please contact me email@example.com. We will work together to resolve the issue, whether that means resending the order or issuing you a refund.
Can you gift wrap my parcel?
Yes! In the 'Notes' section at the checkout, please add that you would like free gift wrapping, along with what you'd like written on your blank card. All items are wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon.
What about returns?
If you are unhappy with your order, I will do my best to make it right with you. If you post back undamaged and unused items within 14 days, I will issue you a full refund. Please use the original packaging, unless it has been damaged in transit.
What do I do if I receive a damaged parcel, or faulty goods?
Everything I make is to a very high standard and we will not send anything out that we are not happy with, but in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, or that the package has been damaged on its way to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Can I use your fabric to make in to things to sell?
I love to see things that you create for your home or as gifts with my fabric. I do however ask, that you do not use my fabric to make prodcuts to sell. If you have any queries, please contact me.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can use Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also use your PayPal account if you have one. Please be ensured your confidential information is encrypted and protected by Level 1 compliance of The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

Are you going to have any new products?
Yes! New items are added every few months, and I occasionally add sale products to the 'products leaving' section. For the latest news and sneak peeks, please sign up for emails (see form in footer) or follow through the social media links at the bottom of this page.
Can I use a discount code?
A discount code is available on signing up to my mailing list. The code can be used on all products, except gift boxes and sale items, as they are already discounted.
